Saucepan bain-marie
I hunt for bain-marie, with it there is no need to use the traditional method of two saucepan, a saucepan and a cavity or both utensils that habitually we have destined for this method of boiling.
The hunt for bain-marie has a double bottom, we can fill with water through the hole on the side that work with ease and chocolate, butter, sauces emulsified sauce as the Dutch, muslin or béarnaise, etc
