Clarimax, machine to clarify broth (New Machines)

The Clarimax machine or to clarify broth has a filter similar to that used some coffee, thanks to this filter produces a broth clean and transparent, free of fat or impurities that are often present the broth.

Thanks to Clarimax away the need for prolonged cooking or processes intended to clarify these broth.

Designed by the chef Angel Leon and the Department of Food Technology, University of Cadiz.

The chef say: "It not only comes into operation the filter, the result is also part of the action of some microalgae (diatoms) responsible for absorbing the impurities in the development, this being a totally natural process, we would say almost biological".
