A new service will allow the deaf to make and receive phone calls .
This service is a video at the time interpreted by a translator of sign language.

With this tool, developed by the Spanish Center for Telematics Services (CESTEL), people with hearing impairments may speak via video calls that are interpreted by translators at the time of sign language .
